I think it's great that Kayleigh kept the feeling of "poetry" throughout all of these short poems. Some of them feel a bit strange, but poetry in English feels that way, so I like it. They flow well for poems in English, even if they seem a bit rare sometimes. Poetry is a very specific style of writing so I think she did a good job maintaining that. Also I like that there are five short ones that are all different as opposed to one long one. It allows for the meaning to stay easily represented throughout each of them. Sometimes in a longer translated poem, the meaning can sort of fizzle out throughout the length of it. In these short ones, however, everything is clear and well-communicated. Good job, Kayleigh!
